Before registering, check the minimum age limit for the chosen format. Payment is only made online by credit card.

For the LICENSEE(E)S

Bring your athletics or triathlon license and be sure to fill in your information as it is written on your document.
Only licenses provided by FFA, FAPF, FFTRI and FTTRI are accepted.

For NON LICENSEE(E)S

Without a license, you must provide a valid MEDICAL CERTIFICATE of "not against indication to the practice of sport in competition*", dating from less than 1 year to 15/06/2025.
* the mention IN COMPETITION is MANDATORY!

You must also take a daily license of 500 xpf when registering.

Download the mandatory PARENTAL AUTHORIZATION template for all minor athletes having below 16 years old not licensed.

   GENERAL QUESTIONS   

   SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS   

You must provide a valid medical certificate dated less than one year (regardless of your age).

All medical certificates must literally state:

- "fit for sport in competition", or
- "suitable for running in competition", or
- "suitable for trail running in competition" or
- "suitable for triathlon competition"

However, a mention of this type will not be accepted:
- "suitable for competitive cycling"

- Friday night, June 13th (TRAIL)
- Saturday night, June 14th (TRAIL)

   CANCELLATION INSURANCE  

The deadline to register is 25 May 2024 at 23:59 (local time - Tahiti).

Following registration, and before the closing date, if you want to switch to a lower format, (subject to available places), the initial amount paid will remain acquired to the organization.

Following registration, and before the closing date, if you decide to switch to a higher format, (subject to available places), the difference in the amount will have to be paid to the organization to validate the change of test.

After the validation of the registration (complete file and payment), no request for postponement, cancellation and refund will be taken into account; except for athletes who have subscribed to the cancellation insurance that they can only be reimbursed.
The cancellation insurance, the amount of which is set at 2,000 XPF, allows any athlete who has subscribed to it to be reimbursed for all his registration fees without proof. Under no circumstances can he recover the contents of his race pack. The cancellation request can be made until the day before the bag collection by sending an email (date and time) to the following address : contact@fenuamoove.com.

ATTENTION Cancellation insurance is individual and cannot be transferred for another athlete or group.

   PERMISSIONS   

By validating my registration, j'accepts the rule of the race (in French) and its épossible amendments. I also give the right to the VSOP-XO club to use my image via the various photos and videos that will be taken during the event.
