CANCELLATION INSURANCE
The deadline to register is 25 May 2024 at 23:59 (local time - Tahiti).
Following registration, and before the closing date, if you want to switch to a lower format, (subject to available places), the initial amount paid will remain acquired to the organization.
Following registration, and before the closing date, if you decide to switch to a higher format, (subject to available places), the difference in the amount will have to be paid to the organization to validate the change of test.
After the validation of the registration (complete file and payment), no request for postponement, cancellation and refund will be taken into account; except for athletes who have subscribed to the cancellation insurance that they can only be reimbursed.
The cancellation insurance, the amount of which is set at 2,000 XPF, allows any athlete who has subscribed to it to be reimbursed for all his registration fees without proof. Under no circumstances can he recover the contents of his race pack. The cancellation request can be made until the day before the bag collection by sending an email (date and time) to the following address : contact@fenuamoove.com.
ATTENTION Cancellation insurance is individual and cannot be transferred for another athlete or group.
