Following registration, and before the closing deadline, if you wish to move to a lower format (subject to availability), the initial amount paid will remain with the organization.
Following registration, and before the closing deadline, if you decide to move to a higher format (subject to available places), the difference in the amount must be paid to the organization to validate the change of event .
After validation of registration (complete file and payment), no request for postponement, cancellation, exchange or refund will be taken into account; except for athletes who have subscribed to cancellation insurance who can only be reimbursed.
Cancellation insurance, the amount of which is set at 2,000 XPF, allows any athlete who has subscribed to it to be reimbursed for their entire registration fees without proof. Under no circumstances will he be able to recover the contents of his racing pack. The cancellation request can be made until Wednesday March 26, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. by sending an email (date and time taken as proof) to the following address: contact@fenuamoove.com.
