XTERRA TAHITI TRIATHLON 2024

   INFORMATIONS   

ATTENTION : REGISTRATIONS open until Sunday, October 06, 2024 at 23:59 (Tahiti time).

You will soon be able to participate in the XTERRA TAHITI Triathlon 2024. Before registering, check the minimum age limit for the chosen format.
Payment is only made online by credit card.

For the LICENSEE(E)S

Bring your triathlon license and be sure to fill in your information as it is written on your document.
Only FFTRI and FTTRI triathlon licenses are accepted.

For NON LICENSEE(E)S  

Submit a valid Medical Certificate (MC) that meets the following conditions:

It must mention that you are suitable for sport in competition or triathlon in competition (the mention "in competition" is MANDATORY ).
It is possible to download a MEDICAL CERTIFICATE template
If you are 50 or older, your CM must be less than one year old on 20/10/24.
If you are under 50, your CM is valid for 3 years.
However, if it is more than one year old, it is necessary to download and complete the HEALTH SELF-QUESTIONNAIRE.

Download the mandatory PARENTAL AUTHORIZATION template for all minor athletes on the date of the competition who are not licensed.

  CONCELLATION  

The deadline to register is Sunday 06 October 2024 at 23:59 (local time - Tahiti).

Following registration, and before the closing date, if you want to switch to a lower format, (subject to available places), the initial amount paid will remain acquired to the organization.

Following registration, and before the closing date, if you decide to switch to a higher format, (subject to available places), the difference in the amount will have to be paid to the organization to validate the change of test.

After the validation of the registration (complete file and payment), no request for postponement, cancellation, exchange and refund will be taken into account; except for athletes who have subscribed to the cancellation insurance who can only be reimbursed.
The cancellation insurance, the amount of which is set at 1,500 XPF, allows any athlete who has subscribed to it to be reimbursed for all his registration fees without proof. Under no circumstances can he recover the contents of his race pack. The cancellation request can be made until thursday 10 October at 23:59 by sending an email (date and time) to the following address: contact@fenuamoove.com.

   PERMISSIONS   

By validating my registration, I accept the rules of the race and any amendments. I also give the right to the VSOP-XO club to use my image via the different photos and videos that will be taken during the event.

   NEXT STEP = ONLINE PAYMENT   

After creating your registration form, you are invited to make the payment.
Take your CREDIT CARD with you.
