if you are not licensed to FFTri or FTTri you must provide a valid Medical Certificate (MA) that meets the following conditions:

It must mention that you are fit for sport in competition or triathlon in competition (the mention in competition is MANDATORY ).
It is possible to download a MEDICAL CERTIFICATE template
If you are 50 or older, your CM must be less than one year old.
If you are under 50, your CM is valid for 3 years.
However, if it is more than one year old, it is necessary to download and complete the HEALTH SELF-QUESTIONNAIRE.

Download the mandatory PARENTAL AUTHORIZATION template for all minor athletes on the date of the competition and not licensed.
